Welcome to Xpert Cleaners! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our website (www.thexpertcleaners.com) and the professional cleaning services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.

Booking and Accounts

Booking Process:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Xpert Cleaners.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email or phone once your booking is approved. Online bookings do not guarantee a spot until confirmed.
  • If additional services are required upon arrival, our team will communicate these to you along with any price adjustments before proceeding.

Account Creation:

  • You may create an account for easier booking management.
  • Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided when creating an account or booking.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring no unauthorized access.

Services We Provide

Scope of Services:

Xpert Cleaners provides professional cleaning services, including:

  • Residential Cleaning: Regular and deep cleaning for homes and apartments.
  • Airbnb/Short-Term Rentals: Turnover cleaning for rental properties, including laundry and restocking services upon request.
  • Commercial Cleaning: Office cleaning services tailored to your business needs.

Service Limitations:

  • We clean surfaces within reach and areas agreed upon during the booking process.
  • We do not move heavy furniture (over 50 lbs) or handle hazardous materials (e.g., blood, mold, etc.).

Service Adjustments:

  • Additional services (e.g., cleaning inside appliances or cabinets) must be requested in advance.
  • Any conditions outside the scope of regular cleaning (e.g., excessive clutter, pest issues) may result in additional charges or service refusal.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee

Commitment to Quality:

We strive to exceed your expectations with every cleaning. If something isn’t up to standard:

  • Report missed areas within 24 hours of your service, and we will return to correct it free of charge.
  • Issues reported after 72 hours may incur an additional fee.

Service Adjustments On-Site:

If the scope of work exceeds what was booked (e.g., a deep clean is required instead of a standard clean), our team will inform you of the price adjustment before proceeding. If you decline the additional charge, we will complete the booked service but cannot guarantee full satisfaction.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Flexible Policy:

We understand that plans change! However:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 23 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations within 23 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
  • If we arrive and cannot access the property (e.g., due to a lockout or no one home), 50% of the service fee will be charged.

Emergency Cancellations:

In cases of emergencies (e.g., illness or accidents), please contact us immediately. We will work with you to reschedule without penalties when possible.

Preparing for Your Cleaning

To ensure an efficient cleaning service:

  • Clear personal items from floors, countertops, and other surfaces.
  • Secure fragile or valuable items to avoid accidental damage.
  • Contain pets in a safe area to prevent disruptions or safety concerns.

Additional Services

For an enhanced cleaning experience, we offer these add-ons at an extra charge:

  • Cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, or kitchen cabinets.
  • Interior window and blind cleaning.
  • Sweeping and cleaning patios or garages.
  • Dishes or laundry services.

Please request these services in advance to ensure proper scheduling and pricing adjustments.

Payment Terms

Payment Process:

  • Payments must be made at the end of service via the credit card on file.
  • We require a valid credit card at the time of booking for pre-authorization.

Failed Payments:

  • If a payment is declined, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • Payments not resolved within 5 days will incur a $25 late fee per week.

Price Adjustments:

  • Prices are based on the condition and size of the property. If conditions vary from the initial estimate, adjustments will be discussed before the cleaning begins.

Liability and Damages

Handling of Property:

We take great care with your belongings. However:

  • Report any damages within 48 hours of the cleaning service.
  • Provide photos and allow us to assess and repair/replace the item.

Limitations:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, improper installations, or normal wear and tear of items.
  • Cleaning using customer-supplied equipment is at the customer’s risk.

Right to Refuse Service

Xpert Cleaners reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for the following reasons:

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions (e.g., mold, pest infestations, hazardous waste).
  • Aggressive pets or inappropriate behavior from clients.
  • Significant misrepresentation of property conditions during booking.

If a service is refused upon arrival, the $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Weather and Unforeseen Events

  • Severe weather or emergencies may result in service delays or rescheduling. We will contact you promptly to discuss alternative arrangements.
  • If rescheduling is not possible due to conditions beyond our control, refunds or credits will be issued.

Use of Photos

To ensure transparency and quality, we may take before-and-after photos of cleaned areas:

  • Photos are used for internal records and quality assurance.
  • We will not share photos publicly without your consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Tampa, Florida, where Xpert Cleaners LLC is registered.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
